Where is Nikko based?
Nikko is based in Dallas, Texas, and works with clients both locally and nationwide. Virtual services are available to clients anywhere in the world, ensuring that location is never a barrier to a transformative style experience.
Does Nikko travel for clients?
Yes. Nikko is available to travel for on-site styling services and speaking engagements. Travel is arranged and funded by the client prior to the confirmed service date. Required travel accommodations include: Round-trip flights for two, 4-star minimum lodging accommodations, $300 ground transportation stipend. All travel details are confirmed and finalized at the time of booking. Nikko's team will provide a clear travel brief for your review before any arrangements are made.
Are travel fees included in the service rate?
No. All travel-related costs are billed separately from service fees and are not included in any package or service pricing. A travel estimate will be provided during the booking process so there are no surprises. Final travel costs are confirmed after service booking.
Does Nikko offer men's styling services?
At this time, Nikko exclusively offers styling services for women of all shapes and sizes. This focus allows for a deeply intentional and specialized experience. Stay connected on social media for updates on any future service expansions.

Style Curated — Ideal if you want Nikko to create and style complete looks using pieces you already own. Great for clients who have a full wardrobe but aren't sure how to put it all together. Personal Shopping / Wardrobe Styling — Best if you're ready to invest in building or elevating your wardrobe with intentional new pieces. Can virtual styling really be transformational?
Absolutely. Virtual styling sessions are approached with the same level of care, strategy, and attention to detail as an in-person experience. Whether you're across town or across the country, the process is thorough, personalized, and equally empowering. Many clients find that the virtual format actually creates more space for honest reflection and meaningful conversation about their style goals.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Sessions must be rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Out of respect for Nikko's time and other clients, the following applies to all appointments: A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive within that window, your session will proceed but will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Arrivals after 10 minutes will be considered a no-show and a new session will need to be booked at the current and full rate. All sessions are non-refundable regardless of circumstance. Life happens — if something comes up, please reach out as early as possible. Rescheduling within the 48-hour window is always appreciated and helps avoid a forfeited session. Contact us here.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
Missed appointments with no prior notice are considered a no-show. In this case, the session is forfeited and a new booking will be required at the current and full session rate. No exceptions are made, so please communicate any conflicts as early as possible. Contact us here.
Are refunds available?
All services are non-refundable. By booking a session with Nikko, you are reserving dedicated time and expertise that cannot be reallocated once confirmed. This policy applies to all service types, including virtual sessions. If you have concerns prior to booking, please reach out here before completing your purchase.
Will my session be filmed?
Nikko may request permission to film select portions of a session for educational or content purposes. Your consent will always be requested in advance — nothing is recorded without your explicit approval. If you prefer your session to remain completely private, that preference will be fully respected with no impact on the quality of your experience.
