NIKKO. does not ship physical products. All products and services offered by NIKKO. are delivered digitally or rendered in person or virtually by appointment.

Digital Products
Upon completing your purchase, digital products — including but not limited to guides, lookbooks, style assessments, and downloadable content — will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery. If you do not receive your digital product within that window, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Styling Services
All styling services — whether in person or virtual — are scheduled by appointment only. Booking confirmation and session details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. No physical items will be shipped in connection with any NIKKO. service.

Incorrect Email Address
It is the responsibility of the client to provide an accurate email address at the time of purchase. NIKKO. is not responsible for undelivered digital products or missed session confirmations resulting from an incorrectly entered email address.
